We have been engaged to recruit for a SENIOR IT AUDITOR for a $50B global food giant.  This company is a leading U.S. producer of pork, beef, chicken, and plant-based meat substitutes, with 100 customers on six continents.  client list includes companies like Costco, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Chick-fil-a. The company has a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental commitments as well as several corporate initiatives to increase education and better the communities they operate in across rural America.  This role is based in their Corporate Headquarters near Loveland, CO, between Denver and Fort Collins, CO.

As a SENIOR IT AUDITOR, you’ll get to work with a variety of solutions from SAP to industry specific solutions like Blacksmith or Mtech to home-grown systems. You’ll also participate in the annual SOX audit as well as perform SDLC audits. You will be able to apply your experience across multiple domains and platforms.  You are also someone who can go beyond just testing controls in few areas, and be able to assess risk, look for gaps in controls, and offer suggestions for remediation across multiple domains and platforms.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A GREAT FIT:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (degrees in Computer Science or IS/Accounting are valued)
  • 3+ years prior IT Audit/SOX experience
  • CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA, or relevant certifications valued (or interest to attain)
  • Solid foundation in IT SOX/ITGC, including (Narratives, Risk Matrix, Control Templates, Testing, Certifications, and Remediation)
  • Experience across multiple technology domains and platforms
  • Understanding of information security standards and practices
  • Team player – good collaborator; understands how their deliverables impact the bigger picture
  • Solid communication skills – both oral and written
  • Food, Manufacturing, Distributions, other Supply-chain-oriented industry experience, a plus
  • SAP or other related ERP experience, a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% (likely less)

 This company may consider candidates needing an H1B visa transfer, a TN visa, or who are on an OPT/STEM, and who have very strong qualification and stable career histories.

As reasonable estimate of base compensation for the Senior IS Auditor role is $100K – $120K, plus participation in the company’s annual incentive/bonus program.
